Is LycheeCo® Bedak Sejuk suitable for oily skin?
Can LycheeCo® Bedak Sejuk be used during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Is LycheeCo® Bedak Sejuk suitable for children under 12 years old? What is the recommended minimum age?
If used for the first time, perform a patch test first, apply a moisturiser beforehand, and use Bedak Sejuk only as a spot treatment on the affected areas.
Is the cooling sensation when first applying LycheeCo® Bedak Sejuk normal?
However, if you experience excessive irritation, swelling, or signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
Do LycheeCo® products contain any animal-derived ingredients?
How should I apply LycheeCo® Bedak Sejuk? Should it be used before or after moisturiser?
- Cleanse your face.
- Apply your moisturiser and allow it to absorb.
- Apply Bedak Sejuk onto the affected areas.
- Leave it on overnight.
How should I use the LycheeCo® Cleansing Balm?
- Make sure your face and hands are completely dry.
- Twist the packaging to dispense the cleansing balm onto your hands.
- Rub the balm between your hands until it melts into an oil-like texture.
- Gently massage it over your entire face for approximately one minute.
- Add a small amount of water and continue massaging until the balm turns milky.
- Rinse your face thoroughly with water.
- Follow with your regular facial cleanser to complete your double-cleansing routine.
The LycheeCo® Bedak Sejuk dropper is stuck or not dispensing properly. What should I do?
- Remove the dropper from the bottle.
- Carefully insert a clean, fine needle into the dropper tip to loosen the dried residue.
- Rinse the dropper thoroughly under running water.
- Fill the dropper with clean water.
- Gently squeeze and release the dropper several times to flush out the remaining residue.
- Repeat the process until water flows smoothly through the dropper.
- Allow the dropper to dry completely before placing it back into the bottle.
